1. Payment
   • Account customers 30 days net (from Date of Invoice)
   • New Customers C.O.D.
   • All new account customers must clear outstanding invoices before proceeding with next order
2. Claims
   • 7 days from the receipt of goods
3. Proofs
   • All proofs must be checked by customers
   • We cannot accept any responsibility for mistake after the proof has been accepted
